If you discover your debit card is missing, you can turn your card off at anytime in our mobile app. Don't worry, you can turn it right back on using our app if you happen to find it. You may also call your local branch during regular business hours or at 800-832-0997 for assistance.
Traveling?
To make sure you can use your debit card without interruption, you are able to create your own travel plan in our mobile app (up to two travel plans per card). You may also contact us at 800-832-0997 before your departure! We'll flag your card so our security software knows you're traveling.
